Wholesale Terms

Quotations

A quotation states models, quantities, unit prices, delivery terms, estimated lead time and validity. Hardware pricing moves with the market, so a quotation is valid until the date stated on it; where no date is stated, for 48 hours from when it was issued.

Order confirmation

A wholesale order is confirmed when you accept the quotation in writing and we issue a proforma invoice. For large or multi-batch orders we may ask for a signed purchase agreement.

Payment

Wholesale orders are paid by bank wire, USDT or BTC. Full payment is due before dispatch, unless the quotation states a deposit and balance schedule. Bank details and crypto payment instructions are issued only on the official invoice or in your account. Confirm any change of payment details through a verified channel listed on the verification page before paying.

Allocation and lead times

Stock is allocated when payment is received. For futures and preorder batches, delivery depends on the manufacturer's schedule and dates are estimates. If the manufacturer delays a batch, we tell you as soon as we know: you can wait for the new date, or cancel the delayed part of the order and have what you paid for it refunded. If the manufacturer cancels a batch, what you paid for that part of the order is refunded in full.

Substitution

We do not substitute another model or hashrate version without your written agreement. If you agree to a substitution, the price of the substituted units is agreed with it.

Delivery and import

Delivery terms (Incoterm, origin, destination) are stated on the quotation; otherwise the Shipping Policy applies. Unless stated otherwise, import duties, taxes and customs clearance are the buyer's responsibility.

Inspection and acceptance

Check deliveries against the packing list on arrival. Report shortages, transit damage and dead-on-arrival units within 3 days of delivery, as set out in the Return Policy; dead-on-arrival units in a bulk order are handled unit by unit on the same terms.

Warranty

As stated in the Warranty Policy unless the quotation says otherwise.

Cancellation

A confirmed wholesale order can be cancelled only by written agreement. Where the quotation states that a deposit is non-refundable, it is not refunded on cancellation.

Compliance

We may require business verification (KYB) and end-use information before accepting an order, and do not supply sanctioned parties or destinations.
