Verification & Anti-Fraud
Mining hardware attracts impersonators because orders are large and often paid in crypto. This page is the single reference for which domains and contacts are genuinely ours, and how we will and will not ask you to pay.
Official domains
Crypto Miners Direct operates only on the following domain. Any other address is not ours.
- cryptominersdirect.com
Official contact channels
These are the only channels our staff use. If a message comes from anywhere else, do not act on it.
- Sales email
- sales@cryptominersdirect.com
- Phone
- +1 (347) 669-4546
How we ask you to pay
- Payment details appear only on an official invoice and on the payment page of your order on this site.
- A crypto payment uses an address generated for that one invoice, with an exact amount and an expiry time. We do not have a general-purpose wallet address and never publish one.
- Bank details are shown on your invoice. If you receive different details by email or chat, stop and contact us through a channel listed on this page.
- Staff will never ask you to pay an individual, to pay into an account in another company's name without written explanation on the invoice, or to send crypto to an address typed into a chat.
Tactics impersonators use
- Look-alike domains
- A site that copies this one at an address one character off, or under a different ending. Compare the address bar with the official domain list above, letter by letter.
- Impersonated messaging accounts
- A Telegram, WhatsApp or social media account using our name and logo that contacts you first, or replies to your public post. We do not conclude sales in chat apps.
- “Updated” payment details
- An email, often in the middle of a genuine order, saying the bank account or wallet address has changed. Payment details are valid only as shown on the invoice inside your account.
- Pressure and unusual discounts
- A price far below the market that is “only available today” for payment in crypto. Legitimate quotations state a validity date and are honoured within it.
- Personal accounts and wallets
- A request to pay a named individual, or an address sent as text or as an image. Crypto payments here use an address generated for your invoice alone.
- Stock that cannot be shown
- Claims of large in-stock quantities with no serial numbers, no test evidence and no inspection option. Ask for evidence proportionate to the order.
