Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship from the United States to destinations worldwide, except Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia and Belarus. Checkout does not accept orders for those destinations. We also do not ship to any other destination where the export or import of the goods is restricted by sanctions or local law.

Free standard shipping

Standard shipping is free on every order, to every destination we ship to. We choose the carrier and service for standard shipping: a courier, a postal service or, for a large consignment, a freight forwarder. The carrier is added to your order when it ships, with the tracking number where the service provides one.

Express shipping on request

If you need your order sooner, choose express shipping at checkout or ask us. Express shipping is quoted for your order and destination: after you place the order we email you the price, the carrier and the service. Payment opens once you have that quote, and paying the order at that total accepts it. If you would rather have free standard shipping after all, reply to that email and we change the order to standard shipping at no charge.

The express price is the only shipping charge on an order, and it is shown on your order before you pay.

Delivery terms

Unless your quotation or invoice states otherwise, orders ship Delivered at Place (DAP, Incoterms 2020) to the address on the order: shipping to that address is included, free for standard shipping and at the quoted price for express; import duties, taxes and customs clearance are not.

Duties, taxes and customs clearance

Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are set by the destination country. They are the responsibility of the importer and are not included in our prices unless your invoice states DDP. The carrier or the destination's postal service may ask the recipient to pay them before delivery. Customs requirements for cryptocurrency mining equipment differ by country; check them before ordering.

Dispatch and delivery time

Your order is handed to the carrier once payment has cleared and the order is ready to ship. Preorder and futures items ship when the manufacturer's batch arrives.

Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination and the service. We do not promise a delivery date for standard shipping. For express shipping, the quote names the service, and its delivery time is the one the carrier publishes for your destination. Customs clearance can add to either.

Inspecting your delivery

Inspect the packaging when it arrives, before signing where a signature is asked for. If a carton is damaged, note it on the carrier's delivery record where there is one, photograph it, and report it to us within 3 days of delivery. See the Return Policy for damaged and dead-on-arrival units.

Risk and title

Risk passes to you when the order is delivered to the address on it; ownership passes when the order is paid in full. See the Terms & Conditions.
