A miner is built for one algorithm, and each coin uses its own. Start from the coin you intend to mine, then compare the machines listed for it: hashrate (in the unit its source states) against power draw, and price against hashrate. Figures in different units cannot be compared with each other or with the TH/s of a Bitcoin miner.
