Policy
Terms & Conditions
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Crypto Miners Direct LLC, 59-20 Borden Ave, Maspeth, NY 11378, United States ("we", "us").
2. Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order and, where applicable, receive cleared payment. We may decline an order, for example where a product is no longer available, a price was shown in error, or required compliance information is not provided.
3. Product information
Technical specifications are those stated for each model by its manufacturer or by the listing's source. Manufacturers may revise specifications between batches; the specification of the unit supplied is the manufacturer's specification for that batch. Product images may be illustrative.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and exclude duties and taxes unless stated. Standard shipping is free; express shipping, when you ask for it, is charged at the price we quote before you pay (see the Shipping Policy). Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. For cryptocurrency payments, the amount, network and address shown on the payment page apply to that invoice only and expire at the time shown; see the Crypto Payment Policy.
5. Availability
Each product shows an availability status. "Incoming", "Preorder" and "Futures" items are not yet in stock; delivery depends on supplier and manufacturer schedules, and dates given are estimates.
6. Delivery, risk and title
Orders are shipped as described in the Shipping Policy. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the order is delivered to the address on it. Ownership passes to you when we have received full payment for the order.
7. Returns and warranty
See the Return Policy and Warranty Policy.
8. Mining estimates
Calculators and tables on this site are arithmetic on stated inputs. They are not financial advice and not a forecast or guarantee of earnings. Mining revenue depends on network difficulty, coin prices, transaction fees and your operating costs, all of which change.
9. Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring that importing and operating mining equipment is lawful at the destination, and for obtaining any licence or permit required. We may request identity or business verification before accepting an order and do not sell to sanctioned parties or destinations.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows:
- our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the products the claim concerns;
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost mining revenue or profit, loss of data, or the cost of downtime, electricity or hosting.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing in them limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from an order, are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. The state and federal courts located in the State of New York have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
