USDT & Bitcoin

Crypto Payment Policy

Crypto payments are irreversible, so the process is built to remove ambiguity: every payment is tied to one order, one address, one amount and one deadline.

Supported networks

  • Bitcoin
  • USDT — TRON (TRC20)
  • USDT — Ethereum (ERC20)

The rules

One address per payment
The payment page creates a receiving address for your order alone. It is never reused and never published anywhere else. There is no permanent company wallet address to send to.
Exact amount
The page shows the exact amount of BTC or USDT due. Send that amount; set your wallet so that network fees are paid on top, not deducted from it.
Exchange rate
For Bitcoin, the USD-to-BTC rate is fixed when the payment request is created and applies until the timer ends. USDT is accepted at one USDT per US dollar.
Expiry timer
The payment request is valid until the time shown. If the timer runs out before you have sent the payment, create a new request from the order page; do not send to the expired one.
Correct network and token
Only send the asset shown, on the network you selected. Sending another token or using an unsupported network may result in loss of funds. A token with a similar name issued by a different contract is not USDT and is not credited.
Confirmation
The order is marked paid only after the network has confirmed the transaction to the level shown on the payment page. Until then it shows as detected or confirming.

Payment statuses

StatusMeaning
Awaiting paymentThe address is live and the timer is running.
DetectedYour transaction has been seen on the network and is waiting to be confirmed.
ConfirmingThe full amount has been seen and is being confirmed by the network.
PaidThe network has confirmed the payment and it has been applied to your order.
Partially paidLess than the exact amount has arrived. The page shows the amount expected, received and remaining.
OverpaidMore than the exact amount arrived. The order is paid and our accounts team contacts you about the difference.
ExpiredNo payment was seen before the deadline. Create a new payment request from the order page.
Late paymentFunds arrived after the request had expired. They are not applied automatically; a person reviews them.
Under reviewOur accounts team is checking the payment and will contact you if anything is needed.

If something goes wrong

If you paid late, paid a different amount, or used the wrong network, do not send a second payment. Contact support through a channel on the verification page with your order number and the transaction ID. Late, partial and excess payments are reviewed by a person and are not applied automatically.

Refunds

Where a refund is due on a crypto payment, it is made to an address you confirm to us, on the terms of the return policy that applies to your order. Refunds are never sent automatically to the address a payment came from, because that address may belong to an exchange or another service rather than to you.

Records

Blockchain transactions are public and permanent. Payments are recorded against your order and invoiced like any other payment; paying in USDT or Bitcoin does not change the identity checks, tax or reporting obligations that apply to an order.

Never pay an address sent in a message

A genuine payment address appears only on your order's payment page on this site. An address sent by email, chat or social media is not ours, whoever it claims to be from.
