Condition grades
Used equipment is listed under one of four grades. New equipment is listed in the main catalog. The criteria for each grade are set out in Used Equipment Grading.
Certified Refurbished
Previously used, serviced and tested before sale.
Used — Grade A
Working used equipment in the better cosmetic and performance band.
Used — Grade B
Working used equipment with more wear or a lower tested hashrate.
For Parts / Repair
Not guaranteed to operate. Sold for spares or repair, with known faults stated.
What is recorded for every lot
- Tested hashrate
- The average measured on test, which can differ from the manufacturer's rating for the model.
- Visual condition
- Cosmetic state of the chassis, fans and connectors.
- Repair history
- Board or component repairs, where known.
- PSU status
- Whether the power supply is original, replaced or not included.
- Warranty status
- Any remaining manufacturer warranty or warranty offered with the lot.
- Testing procedure
- How the lot was tested, so results can be compared between lots.
Photographs on a used listing show the actual equipment where they are marked as such. Manufacturer product images are never used to represent a specific used unit.
