How each method works
Bank transfer
Choose bank transfer at checkout to request payment instructions. Our accounts team reviews the order and then issues the banking details for it; you receive an email when they are ready, and they appear on your order page together with the reference to quote. Banking details are not published on this website or shown before that review.
After you have sent the transfer you can tell us on the order page and attach the bank receipt. That helps our accounts team match the payment, but it is not confirmation: the order is confirmed when the funds have arrived in our account. Fees charged by your bank or by intermediary banks are the payer's unless your instructions say otherwise.
USDT
You choose the network, and the order page shows a receiving address created for that order alone, with the exact amount. Only send USDT using the selected network. Sending another token or using an unsupported network may result in loss of funds.
Bitcoin
The order page shows an address for that order, the exact amount of BTC and a timer. The exchange rate is fixed until the timer ends.

How a payment is confirmed
A payment is confirmed only by our own verification: of the blockchain network for USDT and Bitcoin, and of our bank account for transfers. A screenshot, a transfer receipt or a link returning to this site does not confirm a payment. Large orders may be reviewed by our team after payment and before dispatch.
Where payment details come from
Only from your order's payment page on this site, reached from your account or from the secure link we email to you. We never send bank details or wallet addresses in a chat or social media message, and banking instructions for an existing order are not changed by email alone. If you are sent details any other way, check them through the verification page before paying.
Prices, shipping and taxes
Prices are in US dollars. Standard shipping is free on every order; express shipping is quoted on request, before payment is requested. Import duties and taxes are set by the destination country and are not included unless your invoice says so.
