How a wholesale order works

Request
Send models, quantities, destination and required date. Add site details for project-scale orders.

Quotation
You receive unit pricing, batch and availability, freight options, delivery terms and a validity date.

Invoice
On acceptance an official proforma invoice is issued with a secure payment link. Payment details appear only on that payment page or in your account.

Payment
Wholesale orders are settled by bank transfer, USDT or BTC. Stock is allocated when payment is confirmed.

Shipment
Goods ship on the agreed terms. Commercial invoice, packing list and waybill or bill of lading are provided for customs.

Delivery
Inspect on arrival and report any transit damage or dead-on-arrival units within the window stated in your terms.

Wholesale questions
What is the minimum order for wholesale pricing?
Orders are quoted rather than bought through checkout from the wholesale threshold shown on each product page. Smaller commercial quantities can use checkout where a price is published, or request a volume quote.
How long is a quotation valid?
Mining hardware prices move with the Bitcoin price and manufacturer batch pricing, so every quotation carries its own validity date. After that date pricing is re-confirmed before an invoice is issued.
Can I combine models and manufacturers in one order?
Yes. Add each model as a separate line in the request. The quotation shows availability and lead time per line, since different models may ship from different batches.
Do you quote futures and upcoming batches?
Where a manufacturer batch is open for allocation it can be quoted. Futures are sold against the manufacturer's production schedule, so delivery dates are estimates and are identified as such on the quotation.
Which payment methods are accepted for wholesale orders?
Bank transfer, USDT and BTC. The proforma invoice carries a secure payment link. Banking details are issued by our accounts team for that invoice, and crypto payment addresses are created per invoice; neither is published on the website. See payment information.
Who handles customs and import duties?
That depends on the delivery terms on your quotation. Unless it states delivered-duty-paid, import duties, taxes and customs clearance are the responsibility of the importer of record in the destination country.
