Jasminer X4 Series

What the family covers

Jasminer's X4 chip carries 5 GB of memory and was rated at 65 MH/s on 23 W. Its October 2021 product introduction described three X4 servers for Etchash and Ethash:

• X4 High-throughput Mini server: 65 MH/s on 30 W, fanless, for home and office use
• X4 High-throughput 1U server: 520 MH/s on 240 W, with a built-in quiet fan
• X4 High-throughput server: 2,500 MH/s on 1,200 W (0.48 W per MH/s), for mining farms, at up to 75 dB

Jasminer later also referred to an X4 1U-C rated at 450 MH/s.

How the versions differ

The X4-Q, announced in April 2022, is a 3U server rated at 1,040 MH/s for Etchash, with 5 GB of memory, 430 × 350 × 132 mm and 12 kg, at 40 dB ±10% on a 200–240 V supply. Jasminer quotes 480 W (0.46 J/MH) for the classic version and 370 W (0.35 J/MH) for the new one; it announced a new X4-Q version in August 2022 with a reworked noise-reduction structure. All figures carry a ±10% tolerance.
